Burr Bits Just Chew Wood

I returned mine after buying an expensive piece cut from rosewood. At the deepest part of the U-shape, all bits had burrs that caused massive fractures at a certain depth. I don't want to submit new beats to fix. The lack of quality from the manufacturer was very disappointing.
