Still, I came across a defective disc for 20 years of working with the Seagates. Its not the fault of the company, and possibly not the fault of the assemblers. The disc just cracked. I went to the store where I bought it. There, the replacement was long, complicated and with additional costs. Then I went directly to the Seagate service center. Passed the disk marked "does not work". The receiver said that it might take 2 weeks to wait. And here the image of a company that never drops its face and treats its customers at the highest level appeared! Works great!
