Good. It's easy to use, but all edges of all materials used will fray and it won't stay in place. The tapes had to be melted down at the ends because they just fell apart. There were little plastic laces all over the bar holders. I dangle a lot no matter how tight it is. Blocked the rear view mirror in my Crosstrek
