I bought these shoes in November 2020 for my daughter's 13th birthday. On the morning of her birthday she wanted to carry them to school. After about 3 hours at school she called, complained about blisters and changed into new Converse. She has several other Converse in the same size that have never caused any problems. When she gets home, I inspect the shoes and discover that they have a defect in the sole that causes blisters. (I feel something hard on the fabric) I will send the shoes back immediately. They have a few dirty spots but nothing critical. I believe they don't need to be perfectly clean as they are defective and shouldn't be resold anyway. I explain the reason for the return in the comments section "Why are you returning" and then get a refund of a little less than HALF my purchase price. Because. They can no longer be sold because they were worn out. . I contacted the seller multiple times and he only gave me an additional $3.63 refund. I believe that any shoe with any signs of wear is considered unsaleable because absolutely no one will accept a product that looks like it has been tried on. .I am disappointed with the reluctance of the sellers to refund my money after explaining that it is a defect in the shoes.
