Review on Pirelli Winter Sottozero 3 225/45 R18 95V by Dagmara Wojda ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

Kia Ceed 225/50 R17. Although despite the fact that the car does not shine with dynamics, nevertheless I managed to drive it quite actively and dynamically. Clarity of entry into turns both on dry and wet, snowy and slushy asphalt, the tires behave just superb. The brakes on all the described surfaces were also extremely surprised. Even on packed snow, the tires accelerate and stop cars with enviable superiority. In general, I can say that these tires do an excellent job with adequately and measured aggressive driving perfectly. For lovers of a calm and comfortable ride, it’s generally 5+. Honestly, I didn’t check the wheels for the endurance of moving along a dead road and serious potholes, as I try to drive very carefully and just go around it all. Before that, I already went on 7 different tires. Now I can say for sure that these tires, in my subjective opinion, will surpass the Nokian WR D3 and Nokian Hakkapeliitta R, this is relative to my personal experience and comparison.

Pros
  • 1. Quiet 2. Not rolly (i. E. the car behaves normally in turns), but here you also need to take into account the weight of the car. In my case, just cheers. 3. Predictable in porridge, water, not deep snow and dry asphalt. 4. You will always be the first at traffic lights)). 5. They work out turns well, which is important. 6. I’ll say for sure that it’s suitable for the city and not icy roads.
Cons
  • I think it's ice, because it's Velcro. But I didn’t specifically test it on clean ice, somehow I was lucky and drove through such sections without a sharp need to slow down hard or start off from a traffic light.
