Great product, best quality.

Despite some shortcomings, I recommend the car 100% Pros below: The car is a beast! Kneading a tight dough is instant. Decent nozzles for rolling and cutting pasta. Induction works perfectly, choux pastry and custard are cooked no worse than in the usual way, however, you need to get used to it. I really liked that you can make Italian meringue without boiling syrup. Water, proteins and sugar in a bowl, induction . Ta-dam and you're done! Biscuits and creams are whipped up qualitatively and quickly. Its cons: 1. Very heavy and bulky. Not suitable for a small kitchen. 2. No compatible smaller bowl. If you need to prepare a small portion of the cream, you have to stop the cycle, constantly remove the cream from the walls, restart it, etc. and so on 3. Very poor instructions and no hard copy recipe book. For equipment in this price category, it would be possible to print. 4. Nozzles are difficult to adjust in height. I couldn't unscrew the puck myself.
