Review on Phreesia by Terence Dardant

I love that I can upload photos of my medical records (with permission) from any provider into Phreesia and then print them out as soon as they are uploaded. The interface is very easy to use. It's great to be able to keep everything in one place rather than trying to remember where you stored your records. The only thing I don't like about Phreesia is that it takes a long time to get an appointment scheduled with the doctor. It takes several hours to get a response back. I wish there was faster access to scheduling appointments. However, the doctor reviews are quick and easy to do. I like the ability to upload my medical records from multiple providers in a short amount of time. The customer service is amazing! It's easy as 1 2 3!! I love how user friendly it can be when you're not familiar with any of this software or technology at all but once we got into everything they had there was nothing that i didn't like about phreeza. They are always willing too work around your schedule so if something comes up don' worry because my team knows what needs done next without me having even said anything yet. ! And lastly - IT IS SO EASY TO USE AND GET THE JOB DONE. !!
