I purchased this product 5 years ago. I like that it looks durable and it was very comfortable during use. Battery life seemed excellent. I have only changed the battery once in 5 years and it was easy to do. However, I came home today and it didn't work. I thought maybe the battery I installed 3 months ago was bad although there was no warning. Anyway I was locked in so I had to call a locksmith to let me in. Almost $200 later I opened the lock to change the battery again, but even after installing a new battery it still doesn't work. The light doesn't come on at all. It's just dead. Unfortunately the 3 year warranty is long gone so I've run out of money I paid for this lock, money I paid the locksmith and of course I have to buy a new lock to replace this. I won't buy this again.
