towel holding part is loose and rotates relative to square backing
I installed this exactly like the rest of the set, but I noticed the towel holding part was rotated down lower after a day and no hard tugging relative to the mounted square part, which is still sturdily attached to the wall. I can easily move the towel bar with a pinky finger. Maybe there is a way to tighten it from the back, but i did not uninstall it to find out. I should return and get another and switch out this part, but I think i'm passed my 30 day window for returns.
- Love these, but don’t lean up against it. It will bend.
- Terrible if you have kids. When you pull the towel off it pulls it down. Very disappointed
