I am very pleased with the black powder coat finish and the ability to use any of the three nickel plated harnesses. balls on this device, but unfortunately their placement of those three balls is a bit pointless. The vast majority of tows performed in America are done with the standard 2" ball, but for some odd reason the folks at Reese decided to put a larger ball (2-5/16") on a 2" ball to lay. and a 1-7/8" ball, both to the side? And that maintains the symmetry of your physique when you normally draw a 2" ball. In my opinion, this orientation should be reconsidered in the future.
