The best part of this software was that it allowed me to create tickets, assign them tasks/projects for my employees (which were in turn completed by their peers), track time spent per task or project etc., all from one place! It helped us manage our team's workflows very well with ease - not only did I have access via mobile devices but also through web browser which made things even better as we had more control over what happened when people worked remotely while having no direct contact face2face; This saved so much manual effort since you could just log into your account at any point during office hours without needing an employee present there physically who would then be able do everything else required using his own computer instead!!
