Workflow management done efficiently and easily

The best part of this software was that it allowed me to create tickets, assign them tasks/projects for my employees (which were in turn completed by their peers), track time spent per task or project etc., all from one place! It helped us manage our team's workflows very well with ease - not only did I have access via mobile devices but also through web browser which made things even better as we had more control over what happened when people worked remotely while having no direct contact…

Great platform especially paired and connected t oSlack

We like that it allows us to create tickets, assign them with due dates/estimates for each staff member so we can keep track of work as needed when our team members are not in the office. It also integrates well with Slack which means more communication between all departments within E Stream Desk (Sales & Marketing) >< This helps reduce any confusion or miscommunication.
