We like that it allows us to create tickets, assign them with due dates/estimates for each staff member so we can keep track of work as needed when our team members are not in the office. It also integrates well with Slack which means more communication between all departments within E Stream Desk (Sales & Marketing) >< This helps reduce any confusion or miscommunication. The interface could be improved - some features should just come standard such as assigning tasks directly from an email but this does improve functionality overall if you want something integrated into your internal processes easily! Managing my business emails has definitely been streamlined by using e stream desk. As mentioned previously I am able to view open jobs via slack integration so everyone’s aware right away if there's anything available. Notifications have helped tremendously since many people receive messages through different channels outside their workspace allowing me to manage.
