Review on ACE Dental by Richard Jarvis

It's easy to use and has many helpful features to organize our daily business tasks. The customer service can be slow at times but it just takes time for them to get back to you as well. It does what I need when I need it. No complaints here! Keep using this system if you are in dental office or looking for one!! You will not regret doing so. There really isn't anything I dislike about this program other than sometimes the customer service department doesn't respond right away and they don't always have all of your questions answered immediately either (but we still manage somehow). We love how organized everything becomes with this system. I also like being able to access my account online even outside of work hours which helps me out tremendously since some appointments/clinics close early and I am usually the last person there after everyone else leaves. Now I can enter clinic info from home before heading into work without having to print papers or bring things around to show clients. This helps us greatly by saving time. The best part was the ease of use, the customer service and the overall user friendly interface. I really didn't have any problems or issues to complain about. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable dental practice management system. I like how it automatically syncs with my office accounting program (Xero). It also has an option to sync with Quickbooks. I can see all of our patients' appointments in one place. This makes scheduling much easier.
