Good product - terrible software

Great product! Scans well! Unfortunately the software is terrible and the product depends on the software. For the past few months since I've had the product, I've been in constant communication with tech support. They offered different versions of their software, sent me different license files (because the activation codes they sent me didn't work), and offered different things the software didn't have (as if they didn't know their own). Software). The software was buggy, unresponsive and just horrible to use. Do not buy this product if you do not want to deal with everything.
