Review on SGODA by Chris Doe

Despite all the hoopla around the SGODA online store, I had a really unsatisfactory experience there. Although the adoption program is a commendable endeavor, the rest of the store is lackluster. They have a small assortment of products, and their prices are high when compared to those of other online pet retailers. It was challenging for me to find what I was looking for on the website because of its antiquated and muddled user experience. The product descriptions are poor and don't give you enough details to make an informed choice. To make matters worse, my order's delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the packing was shattered. I called customer service, however they responded slowly and were unable to effectively fix my problem. SGODA is, in my opinion, both overhyped and uninspiring. While their adoption program is admirable, they could do a lot more with their product selection, pricing, website, and customer service. I advise other pet owners to look around other online pet businesses for better choices instead of recommending SGODA.
