I have a lot of computer and networking experience, but I couldn't get this print server to work. In the end, tech support told me it wasn't compatible with my printer. I finally got my printer online by installing the driver on my Windows Home Server (WHS) and connecting the printer to it via USB. I read that it is better not to install software and drivers on WHS, so I ordered this print server. I then decided that since WHS is Server 2003 based it shouldn't hurt. No problems after 2+ months. Another option is to connect the printer to a computer, share it, and leave that computer on when you can print. Much cheaper, more reliable and less headache.
