So instead of asking for recommendations, I want to give one. I was looking through an article about amazing cleaning products and came across this carpet stain remover. Sounded great, especially for the price. So I took it and tried it on an old dog pee stain that I can't remove. Well it worked and it was so quick and easy to use. Spray on, rub in with fingers or spatula, wipe off with a dry cloth. Phew - the stain is gone! I've told my husband I don't care if the stain comes back, I'll do it once a week - it's worth it! So after a few weeks the stain came back, I repeated the process but with more saturation and more cleaning. I know it's gross, but I sniffed the rag to make sure it smelled like dog pee - IT WAS. So while I tried 10 ways to remove the stain, this product actually removes dog urine stains from 4 month old carpets with repeated scrubbing. Just wanted to share because I'm in love! If the stain comes back, it needs more spraying, cleaning and wiping. That's all.
