Waste of time and money

After reading all the positive reviews, I ordered it knowing I finally found an effective sharpener at a great price. Cheap yes, but useless. Doesn't spice up any EDC I own and I have at least a dozen. After watching videos explaining the sharpening process and practicing for hours to mimic what I saw in the videos, I was unable to sharpen my knives properly. The workmanship is good, but the Pivot Plus can't produce a decent edge on any of my knives, no matter what I'm doing. I'm really amazed by the positive reviews. Find one to try before you buy. That's my advice. You're better off with a cheap whetstone!
