Performed as stated. I was concerned when I saw reviews of various comparable products that weren't available. I used it to charge my Samsung Galaxy 5. No problem! In addition, it is very small, easy to pack and easy to use. If you've never used it before, do some research to understand how it works. This is an adapter, not a converter. I don't need a converter in England. An adapter is simply a device that fits that country's "plug". That's all I needed!
