Review on KCT133637 Kodiak Cutting Tools Diameter by Loren Schmidt
The tool broke with the correct feed and speed settings.
Tool broke in the middle of my CNC project. I used HSMAdvisor to calculate RPM and bond based on the parameters of my work (hardness of material, depth of cut, etc.). After checking three times that all my settings were entered correctly, I ran the program, which worked great, until the tool broke just halfway through the operation.
