These wrenches are solidly built, look fantastic (with one flaw), fit comfortably in a roller bag and have a perfect offset. The downside is they haven't been fully wire brushed or sanded or anything like that - a stain on each key before chrome plating. You can also see this at the end of the 12pt box. So you definitely get what you pay for. But for my purposes it's just fantastic. Let's say the devil's advocate, they can be about $15 cheaper. Based on quality and easy warranty compared to brands like Gear Wrench and Pittsburgh.
