But it works. suitable for power tools and hand tools

Poor workmanship. There is no straight edge between sections, just a slope. The part covering the side of the screw was full of oil and metal shavings. The tool looks dull and tarnished. The tube it enters is difficult to open and close. However, it works for its stated purpose, it's just an uncomfortable experience.
