Seems like a good product now that it works for me. I've been going wireless for the last few months because my network card stopped responding and with this product my connection is much more stable and faster. However, I almost returned the product because I couldn't install the driver. I tried 3 different relatively new laptops, two from Toshiba and one from Dell - all running Windows XP. As soon as you plug it in it is recognized but when you try to install the driver from the CD as suggested it doesn't work. Writes that the driver is missing or corrupted. I tried pointing it to the actual file, but that didn't work either (btw the manual is garbage - whoever typed it never really checked what they wrote. There are missing spaces in the file paths). I got it working after going to the D-Link website, downloading the driver there and pointing to the specific file myself. For me it's a hassle. it could be for you too, so be careful with that. However, it's better to note that Revain.com is great. I ordered late Sunday evening - Monday was a national holiday (Columbus Day) and I received it late Tuesday evening. It wasn't supposed to arrive until next Monday with the free shipping I chose, but it only took a day and a half.
