Review on 🚪 Front Door Renovators Supply: Solid Brass Oak Leaf Door Knocker - 6H X 3W by Tim Ram

I don't write reviews, but this product has no reviews and it is needed. The first reason is measurements. The following is missing from the product description: 4.5" long mounting plate; Mounting screw holes are spaced 4mm and 1" apart; Protrusion from the door is 1.5". It is only shy of the 6" stated in the product description and 3" wide. It comes with 2 screws that go through the mounting plate. These are wood screws. I have a metal door and am planning to attach the back of the door to the mounting plate with mounting screws and washers. It knocks lightly and is practical. Let's get to the product test. This is truly a beautiful piece. It has textured areas and smooth areas. The veining on the leaves reminds me of autumn which is perfect for the acorn accents. It's as good in person as it is on the photo and I prefer it on the yellow-green door over the black background. That's more than I normally pay for a door knocker. But the value it gives to the door h added is significant. It's not cheap, but it doesn't look like a cheap product at all - it's beautiful.
