We use it to generate our emails that we send out regularly so as not just have people sign up but also give them more information about what they are signing up for which helps with engagement levels considerably! It's easy enough for anyone in marketing or sales roles who aren't technical experts themselves to implement! I dislike having to wait until after sending an email before knowing if something went wrong when using this - would be good to know sooner rather than later, otherwise i'm happy! Having said all that though there is no downside really other then waiting longer between sends compared to doing things manually! The benefits include quicker response times from potential customers/clients as well as being able to keep track of your communication with new leads throughout their journey through various stages of interest etc.
