I was hoping it would be comfortable and if you sit down and ride your ass but I don't. I mountain bike on my sit bone, which sits in the middle of the front and rear padding on this pair where padding is minimal. The front padding is useless as it covers the upper part of the crotch. I liked the design of the spacer, but it's not positioned correctly. After 30 minutes of riding it started to hurt and had to get up on most bumps. The mesh fabric feels comfortable and adheres well to the skin. It breathes fairly well but doesn't absorb sweat. I liked another pair of Baleaf that I can sit in for the whole trip.
