Review on 💫 Dremel 409 Cut-off Wheel, 15/16-inch (23.8 mm) diameter, 0.025” (0.6mm) disc thickness, Rotary Tool Accessory (36 Pieces) by Luis Harper

Pros: Cuts metal Very cheap price I didn't have any passes (clamped on the shaft). Replace the wheel after it falls apart (at least it takes some time and fiddling to unbolt and bolt back on the fastening system). Remember that no mounting mandrel is included. However, I have several; It is a conventional standard/common shank and screw system. My Use: I used my first three to cut through several 6 volt battery cases. I'm reusing a six volt battery case to make a rechargeable battery case. There is a seam, probably about 1/4-1/2mm thick and 10cm long, which I cut open to open the case. My first bike fell apart after almost finishing a fall. My next finished both. My third was able to break through the third fall. There must be a technique to save the wheels, but I haven't perfected it yet. Conclusion: you are great. They cut through the thin sheet of steel I was working with. However, I don't think they will process anything too thick. They are also smaller in diameter than the EZ-Lock system (these are not pros or cons, just be aware).
