Problem with the handle - pizza peel
I purchased this with the understanding that the handle can be folded for storage, however you will need to remove the screws on the handle and reassemble to the closed position. This can be done with most overs and is extremely inconvenient in practice. For this reason I am sending the paddle back. Other than that, it's a good buy.
