I purchased this device as I was redesigning my home network to support distance learning, working from home and doing everything online in the spirit of COVID. Initially only connected a few ports to perform the necessary resets. Tested with the Scout Pro 3 tester and everything is fine (at least for these ports). A month later (refund window closed) I'm adding a few more drops after my updates were backported to some older Netgear switches in favor of a single Ubiquiti POE switch. After connecting exactly the same as my test showed as a crossover. Double checked everything including my patch cords. The problem seems to lie with the first ports. While I can still get this to work, I don't need to double check a crappy production. I recently ordered a new panel. This time I plan to test all ports before deploying them. Live and learn, will never use Legrand or OnQ again if I can.
