Enhanced Fuel Capacity for Racing

Through trial and error, I found that the 2 5-gallon aluminum street racing sender provides enhanced fuel capacity for my performance car .The lightweight aluminum tank is easy to install and the sender unit allows for accurate monitoring of fuel levels. The additional fuel capacity allows me TO stay on track for longer periods of time without having to refuel. However, the cost may be a bit steep for some budgets..

Pros
  • Enhanced fuel capacity, accurate monitoring
Cons
  • High cost

Subpar Quality in Street Racing Sender

This product failed to meet my expectations for an Automotive fuel system component. While it did offer easy installation the overall quality was lacking and ultimately failed to properly regulate fuel flow..

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Poor quality, doesn't regulate fuel flow properly

Not as stated: Fuel system

It contains fuel. That's probably the best part. The description says it has a 2" sump. It isn't. It has the dead center of the tank pipe about two inches off the ground. There are no barriers. There is no camber. No anti-fog foam. Just a pipe in a metal box which draws air from somewhere below 1/3 of the tank. The return "line" is simply a stub welded to the top of the tank that sprays the fuel over the entire surface and also aerates it. I only recommend it as a transfer tank. Not for hot…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other parts
