The remote control for my Vizio TV is made of smooth plastic that is easy to fall off. This case adds very little to the thickness of the remote but provides a much better grip.

Elderly hands with shaky fingers. Good stop. Older eyes are a light but not garish color to see on a table. also from cracks!

A tighter fit on the console would be desirable. I also noticed that it blocks the sensor, making it harder for the signal to get to the TV. Other than that amazing! I really like the quality of the two packs and the price! I will keep my 5 stars!

I had two remotes before I bought them and the backs came off so easily you ended up breaking a bit from plugging them together so many times. I had to buy a new remote and since I had this case the new and old held together perfectly, even through all of our falls. Many Thanks.

I bought this because I kept slamming the remote on the floor which made the battery cover pop off and batteries were flying everywhere. This prevents the cover from coming off and also prevents scratches on the back of the remote control. I like the elastic band and accompanying strap. Didn't really need two but what was provided and it was cheap.

I kept dropping my remote causing the back end to bounce and the batteries to fly out and dive under the couch. Such pain. After a while the remote stopped working and I had to buy a new one. This case protects the remote when I inevitably drop it and also prevents the back panel from sliding out and the batteries flying out. Best buy ever. The only downside is my sister makes fun of me and calls it a removed condom.

I think this will help the flimsy Vizio remote last a bit longer than without it. The silicone feels good, fits REALLY well (just a small complaint about the top buttons but the buttons on the remote are so close to the edges I can understand it I guess). Easy to install, easy to remove. I wish I could say 4.5 stars - fitting this strap is a pain in the ass, landing next to the top buttons is a bit annoying (but that's more on me than the product). However, I think the silicone will help…

I always lost the remote control in blankets or tabletops. This makes it easier to see, and most importantly, prevents the remote from flying apart if it falls on the floor, which happens a lot in my life.
