I have two for my 2015 f150 ecoboost. The incoming air barely slowed; he was just wrong. The other fell about 10 inches per minute, 10 times the spec. That would be nice in any of the v8. But with Ecoboost you can't have leaks like that because you don't have a vacuum like in a naturally aspirated truck when driving on the freeway.

I'm a master mechanic... When operated, the synchronizer clutch does not pull as far as in the factory OEM version, so there is still a grinding gear noise. Did a comparison between old and new. One side was worse than the other and I ended up reinstalling one of the old vacuum actuators that was still in good condition. If you've done this renovation you know how disappointed I am.

I ordered two of these first to replace both sides. When tested on the workbench upon arrival, only one worked properly. Defective returned, replacement sent. The replacement was also defective. So, I have one of the three that took and held vacuum. Defects lost the vacuum fairly quickly. Now I have a good one installed on the passenger side of my truck. It works fine but I'm nervous about how long it will last.

As previously mentioned, a week after installation and less than 75 miles, a hub began partially interfering with the CV axle. I think I should have ordered an OEM. I hope I get my money back for them. Update 3/29/21: Revain will not let me return this item due to a week falling out of the 30 day return window. Stay away from this part as Revain customer service was unhelpful in contacting the seller for a refund. I think I'm on my own to get a refund from the seller.

My experience with this has not been positive, my passenger side manufacturer sometimes got stuck while driving so the ball joints needed replacing and I thought now it's on the time to decide this problem. installed it drove about 3 miles and it started trying to turn on until I had to turn the 4 wheel drive on to get home, turn the OEM back on, I'm sending them back it didn't work for me they seem it was more difficult to squeeze this OEM, and perhaps this is due to age, but with everything…

I installed an wheel aligner on my truck and found that my wheel bearing and IWE were shot through on both sides. I originally replaced my standard IWE with a Dorman IWE removal kit, especially considering how prone they are to breakage.
