It was great while it lasted. Which was less than a week. I had a few projects that required precise screwing and potentially made it easier, the power was weak but it beat hand tightening things. After about 4 days the magnets inside the head had fallen out of place making the screwdriver lose its footing and was not able to continue. It has a small battery, but that's because it's so small and compact, as far as electric screwdrivers go. And besides, in less than 50 minutes it can get fully charged with the USB-C cable that it comes with. And I believe it lasts for over three hours on a charge. Geometry on supplied Philips tip's was not very good and would slip/strip. Had to replace tips for use on laptop screws.Dead after 8 months use just out of 6 month warranty; First it stopped reversing then died shortly there after.My last one lasted years. Worked ok when it worked.

Broken USB-C connector. As soon as I plugged it into USB-C the charge light came on for a few seconds then went out. I could see the charge plug was loose and not fitting correctly.Very disappointing, it looks like a nice screwdriver and had good reviews. Returned.

It's very easy to use and the pieces of screws have an image print showing which one is which. The minor problem I had was when something is screwed tight you just have to manually nudge it and it'll do its work. Had a tightly screwed in flat head on a flight stick. That aside it opens so many things with ease and the light is a nice touch

Had good bits, but the body is difficult to use, too slippery. Needs a gripping surface. We added rough tape to body. Magnetizer was totally defective, came without any magnets installed in it. This appears to be a factory reject product. Other brands are better.

It’s very easy to use. It works just like it’s big brother electric battery powered screwdrivers that I have. Turn left to power left and turn right for power right. The light helped me immediately to see what I was doing and get it positioned and seated positively. I got about 4 months of use out of this for various projects including repairing electronic devices to rebuilding/upgrading a 3d printer to a number of light duty, small projects mostly involving machine screws. All in all, it worked fine, has a good feel in the hand, and lasted long enough for a typical session. I got this to replace my WOW STICK, which the battery died on after only a year. This is similar in size and speed. The WOW STICK has significantly more torque but cost almost twice as much and as I mentioned, only lasted a year. As long as you understand the limitations, this will do the job. It is meant for screws that you would use a Jeweler's screwdriver on. If you try to drive drywall screws, you will break it. But for my use (RC model helis and small electronics), it does fine.

I had to use this as a combination of a powered and manual screw driver while building my son's gaming computer. It was very frustrating and irritating.

I am very satisfied with the product. One suggestion I would make is that blue tool (I think it's a spudger) could have a little quality increase. I've used it for a short time and its worn down quite significantly. It might have been because of what I was working with. Great product overall.

It is neat technology and a great small size but, the charger didn’t seat properly in the port, I couldn’t get a connection, I had to return it and didn’t risk a replacement. Hopefully, it was just an abnormality with this particular unit.

It's a handy little tool for sure, that I cannot deny.However, the controls are backwards. It's like trying to use the toilet while facing the tank. Sure you could get used to it, but it just feels weird.

The product looks cool and was really helpful for my job. I work on 3 ton4 laptops a day for work. I liked it so much i ordered one for my coworker.
