Not my favorite best in my review

I found these to be comfortable at first after developing a large blood clot, but after a couple hours it felt like they were digging in behind my knees. They started to get real irritating and I had to take them off. I've been in lots of different compression stocking and honestly I did not find these to be my favorite. The material felt very stiff and rough. If I'm going to be wearing stockings for a majority of my day I want them to be comfortable and to almost not notice I'm even wearing…

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • The open-toe design may not provide enough warmth for customers during cold weather

good compression, not a bad sock

provide good compression when new. its noticeable when time to replace them(every few months, depending on wash/wear). these are prone to runs and can tear when putting on/taking off. there is also a seam at the toe end that can be irritating. my first foray into the compression socks. not a bad sock, but ive found others more to my liking

Pros
  • Made in the USA; Measure according to size chart; Latex-Free; Nylon and Spandex construction
Cons
  • The small size may not be suitable for customers with larger legs

Danger! Will kink at ankle!

I've been wearing compression for months, so know how to put them on and smooth out all the folds. But these must be for a tall person, because no matter what I can’t get them to stop leaving painful impressions on my ankles from the fabric "kinking” when the ankle is not in a neutral position. It could cause serious soft tissue damage!

Pros
  • Made in the USA
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for customers with allergies to certain materials

Tried these because the competing company is dishonest

I decided to try this brand after years of buying from the competition, Jobst. Because I had a clot and have to wear compression stockings, I was able to ask my doctor for a prescription and purchase the stockings with a co-pay. Last year after filling the prescription, I noted that the co-pay was quite high, compared to previous years, and looked at the receipt when I got back in my car. This company fraudulently billed my insurance for ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DOLLARS per pair. To add insult to

Pros
  • Helps prevent blood clots and deep vein thrombosis
Cons
  • The knee-high length may not be suitable for customers with longer legs

Loved these for broken foot recovery to hold down swelling.

Great for recovery from a foot broken in five places to keep swelling down in my foot, leg and ankle. I hate wearing socks so it was really nice to have my toes free! I actually cut the toe off of all the socks I wore with my blue boot cast as soon as it started getting warm here in the southwest. I only needed one compression sock obviously but it was great to have two to rotate use. The color was great because it was not so visible for spring/early summer.

Pros
  • Available in a wide range of sizes to ensure a perfect fit for men and women of all shapes and sizes
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for customers with non-standard leg sizes or shapes

Better deal than others at same quality level

I was able to purchase double the amount of these stockings for half the price by choosing this brand. They are basically the same compression and same quality as the other name brand. I was very pleased with this and my wife likes them better because they don't pinch her behind the knees as the others did. Based on the negative experiences we have had with at least two of the local medical supply stores, purchasing these online is not only hassle free, but also much, much cheaper.

Pros
  • 80% nylon/20% spandex
Cons
  • The product may not provide enough compression for customers with severe circulation problems

they are great for comfort and fit

Pros . they are great as far as comfort & fit on your leg & ankle, and does what it is supposed to do,. The cons. this was my first time with the "open toe" so I wasn't sure I would like them,. but decided Io give them a fair amount of time , ,( about 2 weeks) I personally do not like the fact that the end ( on the foot) left a big " pressure" mark on my foot , and i could feel under my foot it as I walked,. I will stick with the closed to,. as they are more comfortable

Pros
  • Perfect compression for my everyday needs
Cons
  • The beige color may not be appealing to some customers

Problem with the heals tearing

The last two pair of Truform 30-40 mmHg Compression Stockings for Men and Women, Knee High Length, Open Toe, Beige, Large from Ebay have holes in both heals. I have bought the same ones for years with no problems but the last two pair.

Pros
  • Promotes healing and reduces pain after surgery or injury
Cons
  • The open toe design may not be suitable for customers living in colder climates

Good price, Great Stocking!

I bought a different brand of compression socks a while back and they were hot and miserable and didn't quite fit, (too large even though I ordered the smallest one they made) so I was a bit apprehensive when I bought these. I shouldn't have been! These are great! They fit perfectly even though I wear a size 6 women's shoe! Unlike my last pair, these are cool and comfortable. Even though it was a warm 80° F here today, and I was wearing jeans, my legs never got too hot! I was pleasantly…

Pros
  • Medical Supplies & Equipment
Cons
  • The product may not be machine washable, causing inconvenience

“One size” awfully small for average small foot

These stocking came in with one of pair little dirty which was not a big deal. I washed by hand after only maybe once or twice wearing on its second wash shrunk so bad it hardly let my toes in! and I do not have big foot or calf so do not really know where the high ratings come from. They probably have tiny legs and feet or perhaps bought for their kids? I do not recommend these in "one size”

Pros
  • Designed to fit snugly and securely on your legs without any slipping or sliding
Cons
  • The stocking may not hand wash well causing discoloration or shrinkage
