Money to nowhere, poor quality of the goods.

The TV was purchased for a person of the older generation to replace the old TV of the late 20th century, which has served to this day without a single breakdown. Therefore, the main purpose of the new device was to watch TV programs and films, series, etc. as a bonus. But in the end - a complete disappointment. Very raw, not fully developed model. Moreover, I would not recommend this TV for older people who are not used to modern gadgets.

  • The WiFi connection to the internet keeps dropping out. The router is set up so that only TV works at a frequency of 2.4 GHz, the rest of the devices - at 5 GHz, selects only lightly loaded channels. But still constant breaks and messages about the lack of Internet connection. In the end, I connected it via cable (Internet from MGTS / Amazon up to 100Mbps). It has become much better, but occasionally when you select a TV channel, a message appears about the lack of connection. Corrected by re-selecting the channel. Very slow response to remote commands. Sometimes navigation through the navigation buttons is fast. Sometimes TV falls into a reverie. Pressing the TV button can open the settings. Sometimes the reaction of the TV to the commands of the Remote Control is inadequate. For example: - may not respond to the command. Or do it over a long period of time. - with a single press of the UP or DOWN button, it shifts by several positions at once, and not by one. Or does not respond to a single change in volume, and then runs to the end of the sound adjustment scale. It is treated only by reboot. This is acceptable when debugging the system by developers, but if this happens periodically during operation, this is a clear malfunction / flaw! Alice's voice is very quiet and not adjustable! There is no separate volume control for her voice and the content being played. So this imbalance is annoying. The problem with finding the desired TV channel through Alice. Not everyone understands by name, or instead of NTV, NTV PRAVO can open. Can't find it by channel number. (Although the mini-column with Alice on the Wink prefix looks great for a channel by number). There is also a problem with channel numbering. TV channels have a four-digit numbering. Alice is not looking for the number. Not by 2-3 digits, not by 4 digits. Entering a number from the remote control will not work. There are no number buttons. Enter using the navigation buttons - that's still torture! On-air channels - under unnamed numbers, there is no way to rename them

The right product for me, there were no problems.

My daughter and I love the TV. Quick setup, lots of channels. Good image. Alice. I don’t watch much TV, but my daughter watches her favorite shows and cartoons on YouTube. Also full-length on KinoPoisk. We already had a subscription, since the Alice column was at home, but at the same time they gave us three months (like three, I vaguely remember, we bought a TV set in January)) for free.
