Sounds/looks cool for an air intake

The instructions are clear and the product is of good quality. I doubt it has any performance impact. Get a Knn filter and save up for a tune instead

Good product. Unit installs quickly and easily

Excellent product. The device was installed quickly and without problems. All parts have been perfectly matched, allowing for a seamless transition from OEM to K&N. Dyno was done before installation and after installation with a significant increase in performance. Thank you guys!

Sounds great, easy install, just what I wanted!

I bought this for my 2004 CTS-V and installed it myself in about 15 minutes. Easy installation and perfect fit. The only issue is the whistling at certain RPMs, but I'm sure if I do more research I can fix it. The sounds blend better, but not too loudly while driving, only under heavy loads on the engine when you want it to unleash power. Is worth the money and comes perfect with great instructions.

Nice but needs some modifications

I fitted this air intake to a 2005 CTS-V and overall am very pleased. I did the install myself and it only took about an hour and a half, and I'm by no means a gearhead. However, I had to make some modifications (additional bending/shaping) to the brackets that came with the unit, so it was a bit of a chore. In terms of performance - the air intake produces a different, more aggressive sound compared to the engine compartment. There is a noticeable difference when you press the accelerator…
