Not Worth The Hype in my review

Using this product our team found that the installation was a hassle and lacked clear INSTRUCTIONS. The only positive was a slightly louder engine growl, but it didn`t deliver any noticeable performance gains .save your money and explore other options..

Pros
  • Slightly louder engine growl
Cons
  • Installation was a hassle, lacked clear instructions and didn't deliver noticeable performance gains.

Minor mods required but nice performance upgrade

Installed on a 2008 Audi A3 3.2, not perfect out of the box but there aren't many mods for this car. I had to sand down the plastic part of the old airbox, enlarge the compartment it attaches to a bit for cold air, and put in an extra screw/bushing to stabilize the new airbox. Having two people definitely helps, it took about two hours total. Results? Looks great under the hood. The already pleasant exhaust tone sounds like it has a little more resonance, definitely a little more when revving…

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Minor issues
