Easy installation, about 45 minutes of your time. Looks great when done. It might seem a little flimsy at first glance, but thanks to the torque of the engine, it's made that way. Sounds good. Would buy again.

3 stars because the quality is as expected from K&N and I take that into account. Although K&N's (and Revain's) website claims it will fit the 2018 Challenger RT, that is not the case. The filter compartment is too large and does not follow the contours of the engine compartment. Couldn't even get close! I installed K&N CAI on my previous car and it was a perfect fit - not this time. Too bad to send back.

As always a great product from K&N, aluminum tubes are always in fashion, never been a fan of plastic tubes for CAI. There is a small defect on the underside of the filter's metal case where it goes through the AC power lines. I highly recommend placing the case roughly where it should be, use a marker to mark where the AC lines go, and cut the case down so it is I'll slide over the AC lines (BEND THE AC LINE MISSING!) I found the written instructions sufficient but could be more detailed. It would be better if the instructions indicated which bolts and nuts to use at each step for proper assembly. I really believe I assembled and installed it correctly according to the instructions. After assembly, I noticed that there are very large gaps around the heat shield.
