This is my favorite lead free solder and comes in handy if you only solder occasionally. With a well-tempered iron at the right temperature, it flows almost as well as lead.

Good buy if you buy more than one item at a time. Good silver solder that is becoming increasingly difficult to find. I like it in such small tubes that it easily fits in my hobby box.

I was looking for a slightly stronger solder for quick jewelry repairs with a soldering iron. Thanks to the rose core and the small diameter of the wire, it does an excellent job in repairs. This also works with a nice little burner for heating. Highly recommended.

This solder is great for small electrical applications. I only used it to solder the speaker wire to the surround terminals. It worked great. It is very thin, making it easy to solder small electrical components. The packaging states that the solder diameter is 0.031 inch (0.75 mm). The total amount of solder listed in the tube is 0.43 oz (12.2 g). Great product, I recommend to everyone

It's just as easy to work with as the Rat Shack 60/40 and the fumes are less harsh . FWIW, I use a Weller WP35 35W iron with an ST-7 cone tip. Lead-free ones require more heat to spread, so I also use a brass wire "sponge" to prevent losing heat while cleaning the tip.
