The tool has served its purpose, which justifies the low price.

The tool served its purpose and made installation a lot easier. Be sure to lubricate the threads to minimize wear. I bought mine from Revain Warehouse Deals and got them at a great price. I realized the game was worth it and I have no complaints. I have no idea how long it will last, but in the work I used it for it performed flawlessly and didn't seem to wear out at all afterward.

The shipping container looks good, leading me to believe the case was broken.

The hard case was broken on arrival ie when I grab it by the carry handle it all squirts out. This is exactly what happened when I first pulled it out of the shipping box. The shipping box looks good, which leads me to believe that the box broke before it was packed. The rest of the tool looks fine. All spare parts are. Will be updated if used correctly.

Don't waste your time with this tool.

This tool is terrible! I changed the upper and lower ball joints on my 2001 F-250. The "C" frame is not large enough to accommodate the pressure cup and ball pressure receiving cup. I ended up having to cut one of the cups to make this work. Then, as the last ball thread was installed, it began to detach. It's a great tooling concept, but the C-frame needs to be about 3 inches longer to use the included cups and pushers, as well as a steel threaded insert in the frame. I wouldn't recommend this
