Excellent value for money, on par with Subaru's more expensive crankshaft pulley bracket, the company's gold standard23 EXCEPT for the fact that it comes with flimsy hardware. I didn't use thicker bolts because the crank pulley on my EJ253 uses smaller bolts and they definitely flexed very well on exit, although after flexing with a nut and vise they held the crank pulley as I tightened them to spec and them came out with no fuss when I replaced them. Overall good value for money!

I've just overhauled my EJ25 SOHC engine and I'm very glad I bought this specialty tool. I've seen all sorts of YouTube videos and hacks for removing and tightening the harmonic balancer. Using this tool and a 26 inch breaker it took me a few seconds to remove the harmonic balancer. When installing the crankshaft pulley, it is very important that the bolt is tightened to the specified torque. This tool has allowed me to get the job done safely and without damage. I'm giving 2 stars because trying to remove the pulley without tools failed, but after I did I was able to remove the pulley in about 10 seconds. I would give 5 stars but I didn't get it in a day as it was guaranteed and the bolts are so bent after removing the pulley that I have to straighten them with a hammer to re-tighten the pulley.
