*** Update 2/2019 - 6 out of 7 of the installed 24” tubes have failed their first winter. XKGlow support was great and determined the failure was covered under warranty.I've never had an LED kit last over a NE Ohio winter. That being said, I've gone made in China cheap and it didn't last. This kit sucks. It won't pair with my phone and it doesn't come with a remote or key fob to control lighting. Its pretty much useless LED lights. Doesn't come with instructions either regarding connecting the phone to use the app. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I had it installed professionally and the guys said this kit sucks also.

I got this installed to my 2019 camaro and i love it. The shipping was all good the only problem i had was the Bluetooth receiver was a faulty one but i contacted the manufacturer and they shipped me a replacement within 2 days there service was great overall I love the product though it is a little pricey but the features and the waterproof for the under glow i think its quite worth it. plus they have there own app with a lot of customization.

I expected a multi-colored and app-compatible product as shown in the photos and explained in the description. But instead, I received solid color (white) LED strips and a simple on/off cigarette powered button. No Wifi/Bluetooth connectivity, no color changing. The only item that I received which correctly corresponded with the description were the tie straps. Unacceptable, and a rip off!

This is a very good kit. Everything is well thought out. There was enough extra extensions in the kit. I did a dodge durango 2016. Did the interior and the exterior. You just have to plan ahead where the wiring would be routed to in relation to where the module is going to be. The kit was built very well and they even include di electric grease in each connector to prevent corrosion. I used zip ties instead of their clamps in the kit. I really love this set. It's the best underglow I've ever had. The Bluetooth app features are wonderful. My favorite part is how both the interior lights and exterior lights are integrated into one system. This seems nice from the descriptions and the videos, but it is total junk. First and formost, it is NOT waterproof. After a couple months of weather and normal driving, the light will begin to malfunction. half the strip will be one color and the other half with be other colors (not supposed to do that) and it will stop passing the signal from one strip to the other. then finally, it will just fail completely. Very easy to install and the app is super simple to understand. Most difficult thing to do will be running your first cable and finding where your power will come from. Dielectric grease is already applied to the female connectors. I recommend wrapping the connections in electrical tape or shrink tube to protect against moisture.

Purchased this and have to say best under car lighting out on the market easy and fun to use .Also xkglow are very helpful and will do there best to make you happy as a customer.I will purchase more from this company in the future

I gave this item 5 stars because I’ve used the XKChrome in 2 other show cars however due to shipping error, I didn’t receive this item. I don’t blame Ebay or XKGlow, whatsoever, I know the holidays are hectic for everyone in all areas of business. I did repurchase the kit through XKGlow direct so I’m sure I will be pleased with the product in the end.

Live this item I would buy again in a heartbeat. But I wish the extension wires came with the kit. But I love all the super cool extra features to this kit.
