EZGO TXT & Medalist TXT Golf 🏌️ Cart Battery Cable Set (4 Gauge) - 1994-Up Review

Wire is heavier than stock and slightly shorter perfect for my 24 year old car. I am ordering another set for my other car.

I was concerned that the heat shrink didn't reach the farrell end but it was plain heat shrink and worked great. Very easy to install (if your batteries are installed correctly).

I couldn't connect one of these because it was too short, but all the others worked fine. My old ones were ready to fall off, they were so rusty they made a great replacement.

Very high quality, I really can't believe they can sell them so cheap. I replaced some very tired 6 gauge wires with these 4 gauge wires. It may be my imagination, but the golf cart seems a little more optimistic. Even the delivery was special, much earlier than promised.

Compared to the high prices found at golf cart parts stores, these cables from Revain are a fantastic deal. They are of very high quality and easy to assemble. A few old wires on my golf cart were literally hanging by a thread from acid corrosion. After replacing all rusted cables, the trolley runs much faster.

The cables I received do not match the cables shown in the picture. The connectors shown in the picture are "tinned" copper and the ones I received are copper but not "tinned". I am concerned that the corrosion resistance may be compromised. Otherwise the quality looks good, I plan to use and see it, but it would be better if the seller sends exactly what is shown in the picture.

Surprise! Surprise! Surprise! Cables don't fit right! The original cables are 6 inches longer. So when it comes time to service the batteries, the cell covers can be removed for inspection/refilling. With this kit it is not possible without disconnecting as they will cross the battery and make this task impossible. Notch the tabs on the two cables because they missed the appropriate terminals by 1/2 inch. Good heavy cables but the design wasn't part of the manufacturing process.
