🔍 K&N Air Filter Oil: 8 Oz Squeeze Bottle - Enhance Filter Performance and Efficiency Review

I needed this air filter oil and would have to order it from an auto parts store so I bought it here for about the same price. K&N is very specific about which oil you should use.

This oil does exactly what it should. After cleaning the K&N air filter with cleaner, allow the filter to dry. Then a good application of oil on the combs goes well and easily. I flip the filter and correct any gaps. You get exactly what you need. This size is usually suitable for two charge filters.

My S&B filter uses just under four ounces for each "load". I clean and re-grease it every 6 months. So one bottle a year is all I need. By the way, my cleaning method is simple - dampen a dirty filter with water and spray some Tide with alternative bleach on it (I use a spray bottle, a 50/50 mixture of water and Tide). . Leave it on for a few minutes and rinse off. Rinse and repeat.

An easy way to save money on K&N filters as it makes application more precise. so you don't apply too much oil. There seems to be less waste and better oil placement on the filter with more control over amount and placement when refilling the filter, but then again I'm a dirty person. I use it for the base application and then use a touch up spray can if the area doesn't look like it's been covered with an even coat of oil.
