Put a drop of oil on the screw tip, insert and tighten the screw. Do not over torque the screw as it may break. If the item is being fixed on a hard surface, a wall anchor may be required. Love this item - durable and good price

We love this average, rustic language. First we sketched the shape we are going to cut. Then we drilled a hole in the track line just enough for the puzzle sheet to fit through. We then used a jigsaw to cut out the shape. We used bolt cutters to shorten the bolts to match the depth of our gate. It seems solid and adds charm and allure.

Good door although latch is not very good

Bought for a playground club door. Nice design and extra features. Ease of installation. The only downside is that the metal edge on the inner frame that locks the door latch doesn't match the latch either. I had to bend it manually to fit the latch. However, it doesn't close completely and gets stuck if you press too hard. Locking issues aside this is a good product and the kids love it.

I ordered this for next day delivery through Revain Prime. We were having a Speak Easy themed party for my daughter's birthday so I needed a Speak Easy Door Grill, right? I received this at 10am on the day of the party. All the tools were ready to use and I installed them in about half an hour. never mind Pretty easy installation with spirit level, drill and jigsaw. Oh I also sealed the hole and painted the inside black paint as there is no insert included with this unit. The black color looked

Welded crookedly and does not seal air

Unlike others I didn't find it too small for a 36 door but the one I received was welded crooked and let light and air through when closed (LOTS OF AIR GOES IN) I was so disappointed with the return and might try again. I mean, unless it's welded directly, the door won't form a seal. Has anyone else had this problem besides me? UPDATE: I ordered a second one and this one was much better. Not welded crooked.
