1984 chev. pu on puller

Used this tool to install a new ignition. A stirring rod is also required. Not an easy task for me. I wish you success. The device is very well made and has a certain weight. So it looks like a powerful tool.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Some defects

The right tool for the job.

Can the steering column be dismantled without this tool? Yes. Can you mount the steering column without this tool? The tool is solidly built, fits perfectly and is great value for money. Saves a lot of swearing.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Great tool for removing and installing the GM pillar lock plate

This is a great tool for the money. Has worked flawlessly for me. I don't think it will last long in a professional setting, but for the casual user it's more than enough.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • I have no complaints about it everything is fine

Great price and easy to use

This product has proven itself! Anyone who uses this product and breaks it doesn't know what they are doing. I've seen where others have rated it low and broken it, but I don't see how that could happen. Didn't even have to use a key!

Pros
  • Still satisfied
Cons
  • Modern

Tool for locking plates to pullers

Worked great. It took me ages to disassemble the steering wheel with homemade clamps and about 10 minutes to reassemble it with this tool. I would recommend this tool as it works great and is very cheap. This evaluation is brought to you and by me and by my fingers!

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • So far so good

100% solid purchase for a low price

Works and looks exactly like my friends Matko puller. This type of tool should not be an overpriced brand. With this you simply press the spring on the steering column to remove the locking ring. The beauty of this is that you tighten the wing nut on the tool rather than using a wrench like other expensive tools. It's not that big a task and it works great! Essential when working with inclined or non-inclined columns. 100% solid purchase on Amazon!

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Empty

It works, it may take a little patience.

This is a typical tool of its kind, well done for a job that isn't done often. This is a fairly inexpensive one-time use tool. If you take your time, set up the instrument properly and give it your time, it will work well. I've heard complaints about the large wing nut that can break under pressure. I've had no problems, although the wing nut is only handy until the wings start hitting the tool's top bar. If necessary, replace the wing nut with a regular nut. This requires an extra wrench but…

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Almost OK

πŸ‘πŸ‘ great for 91 suburbs and k5 jimmy

First of all, dumbass can get a little thick in my blood sometimes: the first steering wheel I pulled was from an '81 Mustang that had nothing but a rubber mallet and a couple had electrical outlets. It didn't go well. Last November my brother bought a '91 Jimmy K5 with a broken turn signal lever. He tried climbing through the steering column several times, again not the best results due to lack of proper tools. Fast forward to last month, I bring you a country house in '91 with a bad ignition…

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
