🔒 Granit X-Plus 540 U Lock by Abus Review

This appears to be a quality product. There were two in my order. Unfortunately I received 11-3/4" (x 4-1/4") inner padlocks instead of the 9" (x 4-1/4") inner padlocks listed on the product. This U-lock looks very well made and is lighter than expected. It goes through my rear wheel, my frame and the typical fat bike rack. There will be no standard version. The key works perfectly. This is a great lock, in the larger version it's a bit difficult to find the perfect spot for your bike to lock it when trading yours legs away, but I found that hanging the lock from above at an angle worked well for me so I can still undo the lock fairly easily. Ignore the person who gave the lock 3 stars for the bike mount, it was designed that way because the mount screws into the lock mount (two long lines on the actual lock mount).
