I soaked it in soapy water and it dries in 6-8 minutes. I have a parquet surface of less than 700 square meters. Feet, and after replacing two pads after 6-8 minutes of using each pad, the floor looked barely washed. Buying two rags for $30 is mugging, I've learned from my mistake.

I've been letting people know it makes life harder than using a mop, I had to follow that and need a floor cleaner anyway. Wetting gives them nothing but a strip of wet soil, not clean but wet. It snags on objects and rolls over, eventually causing the robot's death.

All in all I would say this *doesn't* solve your floor cleaning needs. First, no instructions were included. It's pretty easy to understand, but it struck me as odd. After we soaked the pillow and let the Lefant sit for an hour, the pillow frayed less than when I walked around the room in wet socks.
