I have just completed a fairly complex woodworking project. I had to cut 48 slots 1 1/2" long and 7" long in 3/4" thick plywood. I used this bit in my Milwaukee plunge router to get the job done. In fact, it took longer to install and mark than cutting. This beat worked like a champ. Cuts very quickly and cleanly. The carbide tips held up well. This thing cuts in slot #48 just as well as slot #1.

My router is one of the things I know least about. I have a mid-range Dewalt router that has always come in handy, even though my cuts have been sloppy. I have a 1.5" diameter point for leveling rough panel with a home made jig for my hand router. But I might also use it for 1.5" dados in the future if I use 2X material. Adequate cutting depth of 20mm or just over 3/4 inch. Anyway, I'm still assembling the leveler and waiting for the plates to dry.
